Sports Reflection Journal (VoiSpo) is a sports practice-notes app for recording a reflection by voice right after practice or a game. The AI organizes what you said by sport, and the original is always there to view and restore. Your notes are stored on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Q. Where are my notes stored?
Everything is stored in a database on your device, and no account registration is needed. Only if you turn on the paid plan’s (Basic or above) cloud backup is a backup — encrypted on your device first — kept on our server (we cannot read its contents). See the Privacy Policy for details.
Q. Is my voice (the audio) sent anywhere or stored?
Speech recognition uses only the standard speech-recognition service of your OS (iOS / Android). The app itself never sends audio data (recordings) to our server. If you want to keep a recording, turn on the setting “Keep the voice” (off by default) and it is saved only on your device (it is not included in backups).
Q. Can I turn off AI organizing?
Yes — anytime, in Settings. With it off, recording, reviewing, and the other features keep working as they are.
Q. How much can I use for free?
Recording, reviewing, typing, and building practice menus by hand are free. There are three paid plans: Basic adds AI organizing of your notes — tidying and tagging — and more, while Coach Plus and Coach Pro add more form-video check-ins and more questions to the AI supporter (Basic includes a small trial of the coach features). The price and contents are shown on the purchase screen in the app.
Q. Where do I cancel my subscription?
Purchases, cancellations, and refunds follow the rules of Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). You can cancel from each OS’s subscription management screen (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions / Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). The app’s settings and purchase screen also link to the management screen.
Q. What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Your notes are stored on your device, so uninstalling the app deletes the data on the device. You can also delete it yourself with “Delete all data” in the app’s settings. Before switching phones or uninstalling, we recommend either exporting a copy with “Export backup” in Settings, or turning on the paid plan’s (Basic or above) cloud backup and keeping a copy of your recovery code.
Q. Can I move my data to a new phone?
Yes, in two ways. (1) Export a file with “Export backup” in Settings, then choose “Restore from backup” on the new device. (2) If the paid plan’s (Basic or above) cloud backup is on, enter your recovery code on the new device to restore. If you lose the recovery code, we cannot restore the backup either — be sure to keep it safe.
